The sea bream, carefully cured in-house with kelp, is served in a bento box with gently seasoned kelp. First, enjoy the sea bream and rice as is, and then finish by pouring the specially seasoned pheasant broth over the rice to bring out the richness of the pheasant's natural flavor. It also comes with three different obanzai dishes that change daily.
